Terms of Service
Quotes
Quotes are prepared from the vehicle details you supply and are indicative until the vehicle has been inspected in person. If the paint condition differs from what was described, we will confirm any change in scope or price with you before starting work.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once a date is agreed. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule so the time can be offered to another customer.
Vehicle condition
Protection products do not repair existing damage. Pre-existing defects, failing paint, previous repairs and aftermarket coatings are identified at inspection and discussed before work proceeds. We are not responsible for defects present before the vehicle arrived.
Promotions
Advertised promotions apply to the service stated, are available for a limited time, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we confirm otherwise in writing on your quote.
Warranties and aftercare
Product warranty terms depend on the product applied and are confirmed on your quote or invoice. Warranty cover assumes the aftercare guidance we provide is followed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
